I grew up in a house where clothes weren't bought to follow a trend. They were chosen to last.
And many of those pieces are still here today.

My story
My story doesn't begin in fashion.
It begins at home, watching my mother sew.
Our clothes didn't come from shops. They came from a worktable, a fabric chosen with care and hours of patience.
Many of those pieces are still here today.
As a child I had no idea those images would stay with me for good.
Years later I studied fashion to understand how a product really comes into being. I learned how it is designed, made and sold. And I found that the value of a garment is often lost on the very journey that carries it to the customer.

Why Farway exists
I worked in fashion for many years.
Then I went through a failure that completely changed the way I see this industry. I lost a business, but I gained an understanding.
I had seen far too closely how often the final price of a product was shaped by things that had little to do with its quality.
So I decided to start again. Farway comes from a simple question: what would a brand look like if it were built on the real value of the product?
That is where the choice to work directly with families comes from: no unnecessary steps in between, investing in what really counts — natural materials, Italian manufacturing and responsible production.
Not to sell more. But to make pieces that mean something, today and in the years to come.
